boursin fig jam pistachio appetizer 

Another Christmas Eve with the inlaws, another tastyArmenian-Lebanese dinner courstesy of Nora, Mardy, Barkev and Shant. But this time Nora tried out an appetizer from one of her work friends. bob loved it. More than the rest of the guests. And the recipe is so simple.

ingredients

some boursin with garlic and fine herbs
some fig jam
some (unsalted) pistachi nuts, naturally halved 

instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of the boursin cheese on the appropriate appetizer plate.
  2. Spread that with a thin layer of good fig jam.
  3. Sprinkle evenly enough pistachi nuts on top to imitate the illustration photo linked below.
