rice pudding ricotta cheesecake?

Not photogenic at this stage, looks like oatmeal and moves like sludge.

Puffed up just out of the oven. A bit exaggerated for our taste.


So cooled down it releases effortlessly from the springform pan and looks good.

Nice solid texture, cuts nicely. Everybody liked it, thouigh Isgouhi said she prefers the regular cheesecake.
