Served with some homemade guavaberry gelato , raspberries and blueberries.
Ani got better and better at this dish, especially when she got a nonstick crepe pan (de Buyer nonstick) and high temperature silicon icing spreading spatula (chef'n) perfect for handling the crepes, and a generic plastic squeeze bottle to more easily control adding the batter to the pan.
