mojito moment

we got a little mint crazy one night. mojito salmon

plus mint zucchini fettuccine

so good a close up had to be captured for posterity (whatever)

and accompanied by a great salad courtesy of marybeth's garden raised yellow tomatoes

also containing fresh mint of course. Sorry, no real  mojitos here.
