hazelnut cheesecake

This cheesecake inspired a whole sequence of dr bob cheesecakes, but came too early in the cooking team development, when hand sketches were still the illustration mode instead of food photography. However, we returned to it in the new century with a slight twist seen here: the drizzled hazelnut chocolate spread.

Which is then covered with the sour cream topping to give it an element of surprise when served:
