The finished product with Isgouhi's super garnishing salad centerpiece. One small cucumber, one plum tomato, one shallot (see above photo), all finely chopped, then some reserved chopped green onions and parsley, a touch of lemon juice, salt and pepper mixed together. April 2022. Tastier the next day.
