lasagna roma style: a review

2019 a week before Thanksgiving we return to our lasagna tradition for a social dinner after a few years of abstinence.

Extra ingredients build up reserve lasagna for the freezer, utilizing scraps as well to add layers.

Serving portion on fancy plate.

Leftovers 2 days later, even better with the aging of the melding flavors! Notice the Old Town Blue Corelleware bob won't give up.
