Here is a bit more colorful shot. The parsley garnishing makes all the difference. And the optional hit of red pepper paste gives it some nice color.

However, a more traditional green accent is provided by chopped green onions, and of course yogurt on the side as a sauce.

We keep making this over and over.

The caramelized onions are spectacular on this one.
