here is the veal-pork-beef 3-pack version with the mushroom tomato sauce and a side of paella
in this paella, we used arborio rice, chicken chorizio sausage and chicken but needed more saffron for a deeper yellow color. and some mini zucchini sliced crosswise for additional green color. of course the usual green beans and fresh peas are obvious.
