This is a very delicate sauce, as evidenced by this photo with fettucine.
A year later we try this with 1 lb of mezzi rigatoni and 1 jar of Genesis sauce (plus pasta water and lots of grated parmigiano. A bit more sauce than above, better. Additional parmigiano added after the photo.
